About Everstore and Getting Started

1. What does Everstore Gold Partners do?
Everstore helps clients buy, sell and store physical precious metals. We provide consulting and arrange purchases through established dealers, and we coordinate secure transport, insurance and storage with independent providers such as Loomis and Brink's. We handle the details, so you work with one team from start to finish.

2. Is Everstore a dealer or a vault?
No. Everstore is a purchasing agent and consultant. Your metals are sold by an independent dealer (the "Supplier") and stored by an independent depository. Everstore never takes possession of or holds title to your metals.

3. Why work with Everstore instead of going directly to a dealer?
We help you compare products and pricing, choose a storage and insurance arrangement that fits your needs, and manage the paperwork and logistics across the dealer, carrier and vault. You get one point of contact and guidance at every step.

4. Do I need to open an account to purchase?
Yes. Every client opens an account with Everstore before placing an order. The account lets us verify your identity as the law requires, record your instructions and preferences, and set up your arrangements with the Supplier and storage provider. Opening an account is free and does not obligate you to buy.

5. What are the minimums?
The minimum purchase is $25,000, and the minimum for storage is $50,000 in metals, unless a different amount is agreed with Everstore in advance.

6. Who can open an account?
Individuals, joint account holders, and legal entities such as companies, partnerships and trusts can open an account. Entity accounts require documents showing who owns the entity and who is authorized to give instructions.

7. What is ID verification?
ID verification (sometimes called "know your customer") is how we confirm you are who you say you are. We will ask for a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, for entities, formation and ownership documents. We may also ask about the source of your funds. This protects you and is required by anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws.

8. Are your compliance measures mandatory for all clients?
Yes. Every client must complete identity verification before an order can be placed, regardless of the size of the transaction or how long they have worked with us. We may ask for updated information from time to time.

9. Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the Supplier, carrier and storage provider handling your order, with service providers acting for us, or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Buying Precious Metals

10. Can Everstore help me buy precious metals?
Yes. We help you decide what to buy, source it from an established Supplier at a competitive price and arrange delivery or secure storage. We guide you through each step, from your first conversation to confirmation that your metals are in the vault or in your hands.

11. Can I order online?
No. Because of the size of our transactions and the identity checks the law requires, every order is placed personally with an Everstore advisor. This lets us confirm your instructions, answer questions, and make sure pricing, payment and storage are arranged correctly before you commit.

12. How do I place an order?

  1. Contact us at inquiries@everstore.com to schedule a consultation.

  2. Open your account and complete ID verification.

  3. Discuss the products, quantities and storage or delivery you want with your advisor.

  4. Receive a price quote and a written disclosure of all fees.

  5. Approve the order. You will receive a Confirmed Trade Confirmation locking in your price.

  6. Send payment to the Supplier by the deadline shown on your confirmation.

13. How is my price set, and when is it locked in?
Prices follow the live market for each metal plus the product's premium. Your price is locked when you receive a Confirmed Trade Confirmation. After that, your price does not change even if the market moves, as long as payment arrives on time.

14. What products can I buy?
We arrange purchases of gold, silver, platinum and palladium in bar and coin form, from widely recognized mints and refiners. Your advisor can explain the differences in premium, liquidity and storage for each option.

15. How can I pay for my order?
Payment is made by bank wire or ACH directly to the Supplier named on your Confirmed Trade Confirmation, normally within three (3) business days. Payment must come from an account in your name. For your protection, always confirm wiring instructions by phone with your Everstore advisor before sending funds; never rely on instructions received by email alone.

16. Can I pre-fund my account?
No. Everstore does not hold client funds. You pay the Supplier when your order is confirmed, so your money moves only when a specific purchase is placed.

17. Do you accept payment in currencies other than U.S. dollars?
No. All transactions are priced and paid in U.S. dollars. If you are sending funds from outside the United States, your bank will convert them, and correspondent-bank fees may reduce the amount received.

18. What happens if I cancel an order after my price is confirmed?
A confirmed order is a binding commitment. If you cancel, you are responsible for any market loss (if the metal's price has fallen since confirmation) plus a cancellation fee. See Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions for details.

19. Is Everstore's consulting investment advice?
No. Our consulting covers products, the buying and selling process, and storage, transport and insurance options. Everstore is not a registered investment adviser, and we do not give investment, legal or tax advice or guarantee any return. Please consult your own advisors before making investment decisions.

Storage

20. How does storage work with Everstore?
Most major depositories, such as Loomis and Brink's, do not open accounts directly for individual investors. Everstore maintains a master account with each depository we work with. Under that master account, the depository opens a separate, segregated account for you and holds your metals in your name. Everstore sets up your account, coordinates all deposits and transfers, and handles billing, so you have one point of contact and one quarterly invoice.

21. Which vault providers do you work with?
We work with established, insured depositories, including Loomis and Brink's, and can suggest others based on your location and needs. You choose the provider, and we help you compare options.

22. Do you have minimums for storage?
Yes. The minimum for storage is $50,000 in metals. Depositories require a minimum level of holdings and fees across our master account, and this minimum lets us offer institutional-grade storage to individual clients.

23. How are secure segregated storage fees calculated?
Storage fees are an annual percentage of the market value of your stored metals, billed quarterly. The rate that matches your total holdings applies to your entire balance:

Value of metals stored Annual storage fee
Up to $500,000 1.00%
$500,000 to $1,000,000 0.75%
Over $1,000,000 0.65%

Each quarterly invoice is one-quarter of the annual fee, based on the value of your holdings that quarter. For example, $750,000 in stored metals is charged 0.75%, or $5,625 a year, billed as $1,406.25 each quarter. The fee includes segregated storage and the depository's insurance.

24. How do I pay storage invoices and other service fees?
Everstore bills you for storage quarterly under our master billing arrangement, and we pay the depository on your behalf. Pay by bank wire or ACH from an account in your name. Any Everstore consulting or service fees are disclosed in advance and appear on the same invoice or a separate one.

25. How do I know my metals are actually in the vault?
Your depository issues statements listing your holdings, including serial numbers for bars where available. Reputable depositories are regularly audited by independent firms, and many allow clients to inspect their holdings by appointment. We can help you request a statement, audit report or viewing at any time.

26. Are my stored assets fully insured?
Yes. Stored metals are insured by the depository under its own insurance program, typically covering the full replacement value against theft, loss and damage. Coverage terms, limits and exclusions are set by the depository and described in its storage agreement.

27. Are my assets shared, commingled, leased or pooled?
No. Your metals are held in segregated storage, kept separately in your name and identified as yours. They are never commingled with other clients' metals, pooled, leased or lent out.

28. Who owns my stored metals? What if something happens to Everstore?
You do. Your metals are held in a segregated account in your name at an independent depository, and Everstore never holds title to them. If Everstore were to close, your metals would remain at the depository in your name, and you could arrange with the depository to transfer or withdraw them.

29. I have paid for my order. When will it be deposited into my storage account?
The Supplier ships your metals to the depository after your payment clears. Deposit usually takes about one to three weeks depending on the product, availability and the vault's intake process; the Supplier will give you an expected time frame when you order. You will receive confirmation from the depository once your metals are received and recorded.

30. Can I visit the vault to see my metals?
Many depositories allow clients to view their holdings by appointment, subject to security procedures and possible fees. Ask your advisor, and we will help arrange a viewing with your provider.

31. Can I keep my metals at my home or business instead?
Yes. If you prefer to keep major gold purchases at your home or business, we coordinate with third-party vault providers to price and arrange high-security safes for you. These safes are rated UL TL-30x6 or better, a far higher standard than consumer-grade safes. They typically carry insurance limits of about $500,000, and we can help you arrange supplemental coverage for larger holdings. Safes generally cost $12,000 to $20,000+, plus installation.

Delivery, Withdrawals and Transfers

32. Can I transfer metals I already own and store elsewhere?
Yes. We can arrange insured armored transport of your existing holdings from another vault, bank or dealer to a depository of your choice. The metals may need to be inspected on arrival, and transport, insurance and intake fees apply. Contact us for a quote.

33. How do I withdraw my precious metals from storage?
Contact your Everstore advisor. We send your instructions to the depository under our master account, and the depository verifies your identity and releases your metals for insured delivery or for pickup at the vault, following its withdrawal procedures. Allow time for scheduling and security checks.

34. How much does delivery to my home or business cost?
Delivery costs depend on the value, weight and type of metals, the delivery method and the destination. You will receive a quote from the carrier or Supplier before delivery is arranged. Large shipments may require armored-vehicle service to a business, bank or depository.

35. How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped fully insured, in discreet packaging, by specialist carriers such as Loomis or Brink's, or by armored vehicle for large shipments. A signature and ID are required on delivery.

36. Where can I take delivery of my metals?
You can have your metals stored at a depository, delivered to your home or business, or delivered to your bank. Some very large orders can only be delivered to a business, bank or depository. Your advisor will help you choose the safest option.

37. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We can arrange insured delivery to most countries. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and VAT, which are the client's responsibility.

38. Is my delivery fully insured?
Yes. Every shipment is insured for its full value by the Supplier or the transport company while in transit. Coverage ends when you or your depository sign for the shipment.

39. I have paid for my order. When will it ship?
The Supplier will give you an expected shipping date when you place your order. Shipping begins after your payment clears and depends on product availability. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

40. What if my delivery arrives damaged or incomplete?
Do not sign for a package that looks damaged or tampered with. Contact your Everstore advisor right away and keep all packaging. We will help you file a claim with the carrier or Supplier, whose insurance covers losses in transit.

Selling, Taxes, Fees and Other Questions

41. I want to sell my metals. Can Everstore arrange this?
Yes. We obtain a bid from a Supplier, confirm the price with you, and coordinate insured transport of your metals from your depository or location to the buyer. You receive a Confirmed Trade Confirmation when your sale price is locked in.

42. How quickly will I be paid when I sell?
The Supplier pays you after it receives and verifies your metals, typically within about seven (7) business days, by bank wire or check to an account in your name. Timing can vary with holidays, market activity and the size of the sale.

43. Are my purchases reported to the government or tax authorities?
We keep your transactions confidential and do not share them except as required by law. Most purchases are not reported. However, U.S. law requires certain transactions to be reported, for example cash payments over $10,000 and some sales of specific metals and quantities. We and our Suppliers comply with all reporting requirements that apply.

44. Do I owe taxes when I sell precious metals?
Possibly. Gains on the sale of physical precious metals may be taxable, and the rules depend on your circumstances. Everstore does not give tax advice, so please consult your tax advisor.

45. Do you offer product authentication services?
Metals purchased through Everstore come from established Suppliers that source from recognized mints and refiners. For metals you already own, we can arrange testing and authentication through the Supplier or depository when you sell or transfer them into storage. Fees may apply.

46. What fees does Everstore charge?
Everstore is paid through a consulting or service fee, a commission from the Supplier, or both. We disclose our compensation in writing before you approve any transaction. Storage fees are billed by Everstore quarterly (see question 23). Transport and insurance fees are charged by those providers and are also disclosed in advance.

47. How do I contact Everstore?
Email us at inquiries@everstore.com, or write to Everstore Gold Partners, Inc., 6800 Fleetwood Road, #404, McLean, VA 22101. An advisor will respond promptly to schedule a consultation. We also have an intake form on our website: everstore.com.
